Five drops of water & four grains of salt

A photographic tale of bathing in Nordic waters made uniquely for L:a Bruket

IN ESSENCE
“Five Drops of Water & Four Grains of Salt” aims to strengthen the nordic concept of L:a Bruket with a photographic journey across nine of the most iconic northern water experiences. From the southern beaches, through the sweet water lakes of the inland forests, and further into the high fjords of Norway and the wild and salty Nordic Sea.

VISION
The primary vision is to collect all these stories, accompanied by short essays on the experience, into a high-quality book. A luxury item to be available in stores, at special events, and as a VIP offer or gift.

POSSIBILITIES
While the finished work will function as a library to ongoing marketing communications, with images singled out, texts chopped up in quotes, and social media posts referring to the original book, the project as a whole opens up plenty of opportunities — everything from printing single promotional postcards to featured articles and live interviews.

For example, adding video material or pod-episodes along the way, like a creative caravan touring the north in the creation of a book about people and water, would invite viewers, clients, and fans of the brand to participate from day one and build a target group for the final product.
